This decision comes as a response to the unprecedented rainfall that has impacted Dubai, aiming to alleviate the hardships faced by thousands of residents in EMAAR’s communities.

EMAAR, known for its portfolio including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, and the iconic Burj Khalifa, has always prioritized community support in times of need. From the onset of the rains earlier this week, EMAAR's facility and community management teams have been diligently working on-site, addressing water-clogging issues and other challenges caused by the storm.
