Refurbished by the current owner, it is fully operational, with a fully equipped professional kitchen, 44 seats inside and an outdoor terrace with 78 seats. With its unique location, it offers direct views of the beach and the sea. There is also a beach concession which includes the operation of a bar and a 100-meter seafront.
